It's Officially Official!

The house is officially SOLD! Now it's on to making a bid on our "dream" house and getting through inspections. Hopefully it will all go smoothly and we'll be in a new house by July! We're just going to keep praying that the sellers on the new house will come down just enough for us to afford it. They don't have to go far, so fingers crossed that they will make it work.
