But even better was acting like the dog K.C. who likes to "eat" water out of the hose.
When we went to the beach to cool off, a photographer from the Denver Post was there and took this awesome photo of my two guys. It ran on their website for a few days.
We were able to go to the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. They are really hyped up there about the upcoming Summer Games.
On our first weekend, Carson wanted to go on a hike. So we headed to a nearby canyon. It was very beautiful there and Carson loved it.

We even got to enjoy some smores. Unfortunately Carson didn't enjoy them as much as the rest of us, but you would never guess by this photo.
